1. The base will be a concealer or a foundation to secure the lipstick and make it last long on your lips. (Applied from the center outwards)
2.Apply the lipstick.
3.Tap gently with a napkin.
4.Apply a second layer of lipstick,for intense color.
5.For the evening instead of the second layer of lipstick, apply a coat of lip gloss.
